Having the best rates without losing money

Studies show that the biggest impact to a successful business is great rates. But obviously it's hard to keep up with todays economy. So I believe if you can achieve the best rates in town, your business will be the best in town. This Page is going to show you how achieve the best rates town and NOT losing any money once so ever!

This is mostly done by targeting people that have "money to burn"

This is extremely simple. All you have to do is "fool" your customers. Of course you would never actually trick your customers into giving you more money, but if you can charge a lower asking price than other companies in the start and come out with more money in the end, that's how you achieve the BEST rates in town.

The first step in doing this is: charge lower rates.

To do this you must "grab" people's attention by charging a crazy price. Let's say you are doing roofing. One company charges $175 dollars for one roof and you charge $120 to do the exact same roof. Right now you are probably thinking that this is crazy and that you could never make a good profit. But you can you've just learned step 1 - CHARGE LOWER RATES.,

The second step to doing this is: getting your customers to give you more than your asking price.

This is done by doing the small thing that the customer was NOT expecting at all. In order to get a decent size tip you must do lots more than expected. No I'm not talking like (if we're talking roofing) doing another roof for free. I'm talking about not being ignerent or having a bad attitude whileyour on the job. Also by doing great the little things that you don't think are a big deal but that PEOPLE NOTICE. With this happening the customer will give you tip. Also you have to do a amazing job that the customers weren't expecting.

With all of this happening...your customers you definitely give you a tip. If they don't I recommend not going back! But when they do if you are a large company the tip will range between 50-100 bucks. But if you are a smaller lawn company it will range between 5-20 bucks. At least from my past experiences.

If you follow all of these tips you'll be racking in the big bucks!
