Starting/planning your business

When first starting and planning out your business you must first plan the following:

What type your business will be (lawn care, home maitinence ETC)
What your business will be know for (mine is I always will go above and beyond what costumers want)
A quote for your business (mine is I'll work hard...so you won't have to)
What your business will offer
RATES

 After this is you have finished this you should start advertising your business without spending money. You should start going around the neighborhood and ask if they would to "take you up" on you services.

You should always ask cheaper than competing company's - my theory is that if you ask cheaper and do more that they expect, they will most definitely give you more than your asking price.
